sale carries a small processing fee. Your fees as an
affiliate are retained by the merchant and paid on your
behalf. Your affiliate fees are as follows: On sales
from $5.00 to $10.00 - $0.50. Sales from $10.01 to
$20.00 - $1.00. Sales from $20.01 and up - $1.50.
